@Fencearmor book that changes the game for HOA's and contractors #hoa #contractors #books
In this episode segment, the discussion centers on a new book created for HOA managers and board members to help them better understand fence protection options. The purpose of the book is to give decision-makers a practical guide to what fencing can offer, especially in protecting fences from damage at ground level, above ground, and at the top. The speakers emphasize that the book is meant to be left with HOA leaders so they can review it on their own and make more informed choices about fence maintenance and protection. The conversation also highlights how fence guards can benefit the environment by reducing how often trees need to be altered or replaced around fencing. The book is described as a digital release, with visual examples included to show real-world fence conditions and protective solutions. The speakers point out damage from weed whacking on a brand-new white fence and note the use of American galvanized steel and fasteners as part of the protection strategy. Overall, the segment frames the book as a helpful educational tool for both HOAs and contractors.
