Most Full-Throttle "Keypad" in America & it will be at The Fence Show.

Episode Summary

In this episode segment, Brian T. Frederiksen speaks with Jeremy Knight of Nice High Security about new keypad and access control products that are drawing attention in the fence and gate industry. The discussion centers on a wireless version of the AK11 keypad, which retains the capabilities of the standard unit while adding the flexibility of wireless installation. Jeremy explains that the product is designed to give contractors a more versatile option for gate access, especially in applications where traditional wired keypads are less practical. The conversation also covers Nice High Security’s broader lineup of remotes and access-control solutions. Jeremy highlights that the remotes use facility codes and block-based transmitter loading, making them suitable for more structured access control systems rather than just basic radio operation. The segment closes with directions on where listeners can learn more—through Nice High Security’s websites—and a mention that attendees can likely see the products again at The Fence Show or Fence University trainings.

We got Jeremy here and I got by the way I got him as Jeremy high security in my phone. Yes, Jeremy Knights North America. But it's Jeremy Knight North America. We've got Lenerb back here and everybody knows these are pretty popular um across the industry. We do a lot of these AK11s and some of the Tell us a little bit about uh your keypads. So the coolest part about this one is this is the wireless version of the AK11. So now I can do everything a AK11 can do only I can do it in a wireless form. So this is a really really cool keypad. So, I think we seen one of those. We put one of those up in um Indiana. Exactly. Exactly. They same one. That's really cool. So, um tell me about this one. And then I want to get into some of the remotes because I I know these look a little goofy probably a little bit with the different colors and stuff, but I've used them a bunch and the range on those is pretty good. So, I do want to get into that. So, this keypad here is like more of an indoor version. I can use it, but it's the same thing. It's the same Mega Code technology as the rest of it. So, it's really kind of cool. Lighted keypad. Neat. punch in my code, hit the button, it runs, right? These are more of an access control, right? So, I can do keypads or I'm sorry, key cards type stuff with that with these and everything else. So, there and they've got an extended range. So, these several different choices for that. We obviously have one that somebody took down here a little bit ago, but we've got options to run this with more of like an access control system as opposed to just radio. So, it's not your typical remote basically. So these I'm assuming they have their own uh ID ID numbers on them just like you'd have like on a proximity card or something. They do. They do. So they have a facility code just like a key card which is what makes these kind these cool. So then I can load these in in blocks as well like in a in a receiver like this. So this one will let me load blocks of transmitters all at once. I can load them all in by facility code and by block number. Well, that's pretty cool. So there you go. How do we find out a little bit more about lineer? Nice high security. Where would they go to get all the information on this? So, nice for you.com is our website. Uh, or nice highsecurity.com. So, either one of those is going to lead you to all the stuff on radio, garage door openers, commercial door openers, and gate. There you guys have it. I met one of the busiest booths here. So, it's nice to have Jeremy take the time to come over and talk to us. Uh, next time I guess we'll see him is maybe at the fence show or one or one of the trainings for the fence university coming up. Uh, everybody watching, thanks for watching. Uh stay tuned.
