How fence signs are made - My Fence Life - Episode 273
In this episode, Brian T. Frederiksen visits JC G, a family-run sign and decal manufacturing facility, and gets a behind-the-scenes look at how fence signs are made. Susan and Mary explain how the company evolved from a small sales operation started by John C. Gur into a full manufacturing plant, with a strong emphasis on quality control, organization, and hands-on production. They describe the company’s long history in the industry, the old equipment still in use, and the way their team culture mirrors the values passed down from Mary’s father, Joe, who treated every employee with respect and built a workplace people genuinely enjoy. The conversation also covers the technical side of production, including screen printing, UV drying, color matching, lamination, wrapping, and the creation of reflective signs and foam-backed decals. Jared Twist joins in to discuss his long relationship with JC G, the development of reflective fence signs, and how the company’s products have become more advanced over time. The episode closes with updates on the Women of FWA, a new fence-sign contest planned for the Las Vegas show, and the strong industry community surrounding JC G and The Fence Podcast.

(8,551 words)All right everybody we are here at JC G and we got Susan in the house we got Mary cob I got Mark over there I can see him you can't see him waving but he has one of the biggest waves I've seen in a while we are over here this is my second time over here at the jcg I want to call it a plant yeah we are this is not an office this is a facility a plant a compound what 16,000 square foot this is a this is a massive building this is not a this is not a kingo's copy sign shop kind of no sir no sir thank you for saying that too because we're not so when you think of uh signs and decals I mean this is really a a full-blown operation here you've got you got manufacturing yeah You' got some equipment almost 100 years old yes we do and you got to see it yeah and you didn't we wouldn't let you work at operated it won't let me touch it yeah looks like it definitely would lose a finger or an arm or something there's no doubt there some heavy duty equipment yeah yeah yeah so Brian's not he's allowed to take pictures but he can't operate but he thinks he's an employee here I I I punched I punch I don't know whose time card it was but I punched the time card yeah he got he did his part but but thank you for having me in here again oh thank you for being here Brian this is like great so the energy the employees the energy were so they were so excited they all were so excited you were cared about what they did and they all said oh he's so nice oh they don't do they not yet not yet I don't know the truth there you go but but I got in here today and there was pizza everybody I mean the atmosphere you have at this place and I don't know if if you slipped them a few extra dollars this week people really this I mean Susan the atmosphere here is like something you would only dream about having at a business so it's culture it's real life culture that's what it's called well I'm too old to know that but I do know my dad started that's the way he treated everybody and no matter what your job was they were just as important as anyone else and he treated everyone the same and we love our people we actually care we you know we're a work family in literally right yeah Matt Warner would love this place yeah mat if you don't know mat oh we're gonna we're gonna introduce her to Matt Warner because he would love what you've created here amaz he does a lot of company culture um he's like oh we'll teach him is that what you're saying oh no well you'll teach each other for sure he's the king pretty much though I I mean he's definitely open to learn so we got we got to make that introduction get them on uh get him over here maybe you you go visit him that's kind of cool okay so um JC gur I mean we know it as JC gur and we know I for a lot of us we know it as maryan Mark but there's a lot more JC G than that tell us about the J and the C in the G what is what is that stand for his name the JC is John C gur I don't know what C stands for but he actually was a Salesman and then uh and sold signs as a middleman and then in 1949 he decided to make a company and John JC G and um so then he sold and even fenin even you've heard of saoto that was who a main fenin maker was but they're very expensive a lot of people can't afford those because they're embossed and um then um we used to order things from Sor and my dad said let's turn this into manufacturing and he's a tool and die guy so little by we got pieces of equipment some things we shopped out so we brought everything in and in he bought foot shears and and um punches and punch presses die Cutters clamshell die Cutters screen printing M machines rather than doing it by hand and we we fine- tuned in and it's turned into from a small little sales company to a great big uh manufacturing which we're very proud ofos to my dad Joe kinda not kind kinda K well y'all did a beautiful two-page spread in the fence magazine for July about the history of the company and your dad and where where you are now and where you came from and like I thought it was just absolutely inspiring completely beautiful like I wish I had met him had the opportunity to really see like where the Grassroots came from and like I who made you such an amazing human being right I don't know we we have our things I had wonderful parents absolutely wonderful parents so I'll I'll give them Kudos and a lot of good Hungarian jeans good to know not leis but you know talking
Corny so you you have a a rich history in this in this sign business I've been here 45 years yeah yourself working for your dad and you started off you were showing me some of the machines that you operated yes my mother and I both in a little tiny facility uh we both did the press I would sheer cut aluminum and roll it and cut it and so I I mean we're not afraid to get our hands dirty but I like doing counting better now I saw you out there I thought you you you are you are interactive with these uh employees you were out there and both you and Mark yeah hands on I mean and the system you have on on how these uh these orders are taken and how the processes are and the systems to make sure that the um signs or the decals or whatever they're ordering comes out what they expected you understand it's a big deal I mean it's a big deal these fence signs are huge to us people care about them it's their identity that's who they put out it's the best way to advertise for your company and it the last years and it's that's the best investment you can make yeah yeah well one of them we suggest it's one of the first things you get actually because I mean it's it's one of the few things you can actually put a sign on security stuff and fence and things like that so take full advantage of that sure and I I just saw Jared twist walk in he back there and I saw a few of his signs on the wall here and in a minute I'm going to take you guys around after we show you another video and show you some of the signs on here let's see if we can get Jared to come over here yeah we can squeeze him in we always got room for Jared here I am Rose between two Thorns just kidding my gosh here a few different versions of it as it's been evolving through the year she came in here earlier and showed us your original sign yeah that's right how do you feel about that transition from that is it is it weird to see one of your old signs uh well we have a few of them around the shop but you know what I was impressed with was how organized she is Boom Pops that up from what 200 four something like that did you put it up Mark yeah some I mean and she pulled not only did she pull out the file but each piece of paper in there but it looked like it just came out of the whole pack of paper before you got photo I mean everything was lined up perfectly in there and she pulled yeah thanks well Diane actually went and found it she got your customer number and pulled the file for me but we do that for every customer we have a file of every sign we made so that when we you go to reorder we can just pull it out we see what we made for you last and match it up and and it everyone cares about what we put out for you so that's why we have the samples yes so Jarry you were one of the first people I believe to do the reflective science or one of the were the were you the first you guys heard it from her he he was yeah you know I was thinking you you you mentioned said hey what were your thoughts on that and how did you come up with that yeah so I was kind of reflecting back there on the reflective sign and I I believe that you told us red Fades the easiest it's the first color in the color spectrum to fade yes that's right and and I I I I said appreciate what you're saying but we're still going red that's okay yeah and um anyways and of course they faded after the first few batches and then when I said we're just looking at it thinking what else can we do and I think I even asked you if we can do you know another reflective for the UV raise and then I think that's how it organically started and then we said let's do the reflective and I think at that time I may be wrong but we could only do white reflective yes um it's hard to get the red did we do red reflective material that I don't know that we get that we did maybe when I was I think on this latest batch but the first ones it was only white that's all we could get that's yeah and then we would have to paint over it yeah that's what happened and and I think you even said I can't guarantee how the paint's going to be on the reflector I said send it yeah and so you sent it and then yeah we had them all and what was cool is we got the right side so that they are on the front of our license I saw it when you pulled in I saw it on your truck I'm like that's bad yeah so then and then they you had the refle on the truck yes we're gonna go get a picture of that Co very Co well we appreciate that Jared
Because it's you are the only one for a long time that had reflective fence reflective we did in other Industries but not fencing industry you do now and then now now it's catching on and people like I want that yeah I'm ordering something the last one to catch up signs it before he leaves so you got a chance to tour the I want to call it a factory I know I got to see before you because you came in after me but what did you think well I will tell you so being in the construction industry and all that see a lot of shops welding shops Fab shops manufacturing shops this is by far the cleanest yes and what's even more impressive about this place everyone here was happy to be here and they work like a team I mean they do they were dancing yeah I mean doing the Tango almost one guy's doing this this guy's doing that back and forth and I mean it was yeah it was impressive you have a good culture here thank you thank you for saying that well like our printer and a poing our they've been here 30 over 30 years and love them over 20 years we have a wall of fame with signs over there you'll see that uh yeah we honor our people and we treat them my dad has always treated everyone well and they know what each other is what their jobs are and they just work well they want they're proud of the products they make and that's why we try to bring when people send letters of appreciation we show it to all of the because they've all earned it it's not just the person taking the order over the phone it's that we're a team and thank you for acknowledging that yeah and you know what was cool is the lady that was rapping them you know I Emma Emma well everyone knows when you get those fence signs yeah I mean those things sometimes you know you're I'm trying to get them out I'm tearing them open like a Christmas present because I can't get they're so well wrapped you see your hands yeah but but I mean she's out there doing it all by hand rolling them flipping them taping them and I go that's the lady I took a picture of her I'm gonna hang it up on the wall show well I took a little I took some videos while I was out there to show everybody about because everybody wasn't as lucky as we were to get to come over and see this so let's play a little video and show people what what I saw here today just a glimpse of it and we're gonna have a full video later on but we'll give you little little little inside uh little inside view of what's going on out there you guys got to cover all this up it's going to dry out like that no this not going to get dry until probably after 6 months start getting the ink a little we out getting a little harder no Lids at all you don't cover you don't have to cover these up at all I don't have uh but we try to use in L in 6 months to get the best uh quality for uh for the customer so when you make a sign you got to wait 6 months before you can send it to a customer and let it dry no is that what's happening dri there won't dry one dry you one dry dry on the UV dryer the UV light is U so we started with the basic uh look as if the customer wants like um PMS color one of our color can yeah so some of the colors it's a little more complicated or is there a formula is there a formula where you have like a a recipe book just your eyes just your eyes yeah we try to match this uh this uh customer send a sample for them so we try uh getting close as much as possible to get C wow so you got to keep the customer satisfied so you start with so when you want to mix the color you start with just an empty container like this you start adding white white is the base pretty much add everything we start with the base color white and then we go for the little uh blue and then a little uh red so we try to get those as close possible how many colors do you think you end up matching in a month how many you think you end up making over 100 maybe wow you close your eyes you see colors what it is right get the camera to come over and see this so these were some of those screen I see some my fence life I see some let's get in on that look at that I see some my fence life signs getting made so that color goes on there you smear that around and the color only goes through the lighter areas right it can't it can't see through that darker that darker area of the screen and then once it's on there it goes through this is that what happens when you get right up it changed a little bit to the dark to the lighter side so until we get Dr completely Dr we knows how close we are to the C uh this
Tire and that's why you print it there to dry it to see how close it matches this is only that yellow is getting printed here right5 signs were on the same screen but they've already been printed okay so see that's blocked out but I was telling you earlier they block it out so only the yellow right there a little triangle that's what's going to so this is what you were showing me you try so you're trying to match it to that I don't know man you got pretty close huh yeah the first try it was close but that's not enough got make a little darker right we without a little bit if I know JC gur you guys are perfectionate he is he is they're so good at what they do yeah they don't get close and it's got to be it's only good in Horseshoes and Hand Grenades right not not in fence signs yeah there you go that's goodan well hey than for showing it we'll come back when signs get wrapped so they don't get all scratched p and punched now they're they're counted in 25s right yeah she wraps them in 25 and this is how our fence signs come so it's all it's a manual process it's a lot of work but we can compliment it on we package better than anybody it's a big deal it's a big deal getting your signs wrapp and the guys grab the signs put them behind the seats of their truck they don't have any wrapping they get all destroyed so it's this is get this is a nice touch a nice touch uhoh here comes the boss with a question let's see what's going on here oh look at that look at that look at that we're going to order some new reflective signs oh yes she boy I set myself up on that one I'm going to go back over here where it doesn't cost me any money I'm excited have to wait for your appointment so these are the same as our our signs we have now except it's going to be reflective material and in a minute little ball the bigger size SI okay okay good so what do you want from him just a sign it yeah and a credit card number and then we'll put well I got my boss over there so she'll uh she'll get that approved that's you want to yeah I'll have sign I thought yeah or put it on my desk and I'll have him find it w't forg no because I'm gonna I'll be in my guest okay okay thank you she's awesome she's on top of everything coming I'm going to get him sign up I thought she was coming to ask you a question somehow I got drugg into that you did I know well she goes Brian's coming I'm going to have him sign off today on that proof yeah I want to get I I need to get him yeah production meeting tomorrow you'll go in production meeting tomorrow and then it'll start next start Scott will start with your art next week I will said another bad cool start start see now these are are the generic we do for controls okay so these yeah are warning signs we all we all see those everywhere and you know we customize them now for a lot of people some people put their name on them which is a nice touch and not not everybody though bottom we can shrink it up a little bit but these are all dasma approved how many how many signs like this do you think you make in a month well I mean we ship out prob probably 5 6 7,000 a month wow to the different gate manufactur a lot of different manufacturers some months we'll hit 10,000 but we got standing purchase orders to ship x amount per month okay so um that's a big deal I mean these These are part of a lot of the uh operators that come you know with the units come with a couple of in each one so I would imagine there's a lot of signs need to be made definitely pet G on pallet got dor pallet over there getting ready to go out today going over to yeah I'll be over there tomorrow so I'm excited to I'm going to ask him I'm going to say those are the ones that just came from JC gur yesterday yeah let's crack them open and do some quality control inspections on it there you go right here man you can't find anything better than that yeah I don't know if that's just the one you show us but we're going to see what's inside that box that one okay that one's better so we're over here with that ink that I showed you guys a little bit earlier and this ink is the stuff you see being mixed and it doesn't dry it takes 6 months for it to to dry unless it goes through one of these UV lights
So right now these machines right here it's a screen print and the ink is being put on these signs it's running through this UV light and then out of this end so is this end dry enough to touch already yeah you T it so it's already dry it's a little bit hot yeah this it's completely drill it's hot and that was wet like 20 seconds ago or less or less yeah completely that's how our signs are being made and then it's going to go over these things will end up getting another coating over the machine over here right laminated yeah right there right here so it's going to get laminated on this machine and that's how we get that nice finish on the end it gets that durable uh durable um finish and UV protection and everything JC gur spares no expense in making sure our signs come out to a specific specification that's going to last so I'm just amazed and lucky I get to see here and all of this know that's what's amazing about coming over here to JC gur is it's actually truly a family business right down to the employees that work here it's amazing when you see this look at them in the background right there this is incredible and that's just a spontaneous interaction between Mary and Mark and their employees I don't know it puts a little tear in my eye here this is our boss guy he runs the whole shop he knows everything and he has a good MIM he remembers jobs from 30 years ago I see him in a lot of pictures a lot of pictures 38 I got 38 already 38 years 38 oh wow you started with her dad I started when 25 wow how do you like work in here no be honest right now they can't hear you they can't hear you know I promise Mr y when I re I come back to tell everybody I know there there are some of Promise my dad that I didn't I'm going to cry I didn't know you did that for my dad oh now he's going to cry do we all love my dad so much he did so much see he gets emotion poing are not me get he's crying you love my Dad we all love each other that my I never knew wow thank you for sharing that with us all wow that was amazing yeah I didn't know that he promised after retire to still help us out that that was touching that's the kind of people we have here though you well it's not by I think the entire internet's crying right now like oh jeez we love you we love your family we love we love your company like and everybody there so sweet we love our fence customers everyone is so wonderful and friendly and easy nice to work with and we just enjoy that fence family we really do and and I believe it does come from you guys I mean right down to it I mean every interaction I've ever had with you and Mark you know your whole since the beginning has made every made me feel like family oh you are family now and that was as spontaneous I wasn't kidding that was just unedited almost spontaneous interactions that I seen on the floor in just you know 15 minutes of walking around that's sweet that's sweet well my dad has always said the fence people have always been his favorite customers ever and that's talking over 40 years yeah you know I mean he just he said fence people are just nice to work with that's what he said they're easy to work with they're nice good people down toe people and he likes that random question yes how many fence companies do you think you built fence lines for you ever probably three to 4 thousand minimum at least probably 5,000 more now we've added a lot in the last year you guys have gone gang bu customers really well just for fans or for all oh wow well I guess I didn't know that we have a lot and then when I was talking to um somebody out there that forklift out there tell me what's the deal with I want to hear the story what's the deal with the paint on that forklift I mean this is how far your history goes back with your employees well my yeah my dad bought it in probably the late 70s when I was home taking care kids um but Ashley who we just brought on a month ago today her father works on Clark forklifts well come to find out her father worked at Clark way back when they first brought in this model and he told her because they had to come out and fix it this week her dad and his buddy we called him out because they're experts in Clark forless and he said I think I painted this one this was the first year this model came out and I painted it and
We're like oh my gosh so I'm like I got to get him back out here get a picture of him and Ashley and have Mark posted that he painted our forklift which is so old he as long as you keep the keep them Ro they'll Run Forever they're so we've had that probably what 30 years or more yeah and we need it it's a valuable tool and then um I don't know if you ever have you seen the any of us have had any alarm system turned on in our house and ADT or whoever it happens to be you know those signs that they give you and you pound them in the ground in the grass the St the yard not just the one stickers and stuff go in your windows tell me the backstory behind St it's a big deal it is okay well thanks for asking Brian it's um a different industry than fence but a lot of people you have your alarm systems and you have the name of the alarm company on the yard it's a deterrent as well as letting people know we have an alarm system my dad's the one that came up with the yard sign steak did you know that D no yeah I I didn't show them to you in the back but he had a customer way back in 1977 I'm gonna say it more signals devices in LA and I worked for my dad then and they said Joe we want um another way to put our sign up besides on Bell boxes that's how old this goes back so um anyway um so my dad came up with something he's a tool and gu die guy and he's mechanical so he said I want something like a a real estate sign so he came up with aluminum because it doesn't rust in this in the screws and they got the more signals there a yellow and red with some black on it big rectangle and put it on the yard sign three foot steak had it extruded and had the Dy made for it and I think it was a three-foot at that point and uh he took it around to and they loved it they put it out in front of houses they thought it was great and nobody wanted to use them I don't want to sign in my yard so my dad went to all these different state alarm associations like Louisiana and Florida and Texas and he took this sign on a steak with him everywhere he went and it caught on and now people started ordering and now look today everybody wants them on the front of their house yeah even if they I got one yeah yeah isn't isn't you have one yeahp one and then he came up later some of the alarm guys said joob we need a different ways sometimes it's inconvenient to drill holes in the steak and the u channel so my dad deviced what he calls the heavy duty steak which is a little Groove in the middle of it it's a little bit thicker and it's e it's heavier easier to pound in the ground and also you have to drill holes in it they can just put their saring on it and there signs on so my dad came up with that too so that's a little extra how much is that steak design that your dad came up with changed nothing there're still The Originals way back in theop isn't that crazy if anything of them out there too we just got our delivery a lot of people are waiting on their steaks he has to cut them down we get them in 10 foot length and we cut them down it's the first I beam yeah post post I beam pretty simple building fences out oh my gosh you never know we'll make jewelry out of oh my gosh oh speaking of jewelry oh speaking of jewelry uh the women of fwa are going to be having something special at the show to be handing out to people are they selling these or getting donations on we're gonna take donations for them they're JC gur is donating some please so backstory on this she was over at Las Vegas fence yes what and we're walking through um our fitting area and we have was that what that was yeah we have a lot of fittings for chain Ling fittings specif right I don't know what they're called we're holding them up and I think it was um I think it was a fork latch or something just we we must have 30 different sizes of fork latches everyone you can imagine so we we held these things up and she goes oh that looks like jewelry it looks like an earring and goes well some people see a fence part other people see jewelry so Mar being who she is somehow goes out and finds somebody to make jewelry that looks like fence fittings so this was one of the first ones so this is the only prototyp I don't know if people can see do I need to do it closer it's an actual Fork clash with a hinge yes that moves and they're they're made out of sterling silver and we're gonna take donations at the fwa women of fwa group and people can get one for a donation so it's a half inch pork latch so by the way she probably has the only one in existence right now maybe a quarter inch for what do you think about a quarter
Inch for your Barbie doll if you're looking for a quarter inch for class she probably is the only one in existence yeah so we're gonna have more made and we're bringing them to the fent show and I think I'm having 24 made or something like that I don't remember so we'll have these in Las Vegas September I'm super excited and buy for your wife for like birthday or Christmas and then business on your necklace right no no thank you so much for all the support Mary like I feel like there's so much we couldn't have done without you this year you've been such an integral part of the show and and the movement that we're having here and like I mean your dedication to the industry is above par I don't think anybody even knows what you guys do oh that's very sweet of you to say that because I know that you and Brian kick butt on this I know that for a fact so Kudos right back to you guys going back to what J said about you having a really clean shop yeah called Mark one day I think it was a Saturday or something and I go hey what's Mary doing and she was she's probably the only one I know that goes out and cleans her garbage cans I think once
You I thought you gonna say the shop I cooking eggs on the floor or something oh my that's TMI but yeah I did I cleaned them I did anybody want the fresh cleans clean just call me I'll open another business neighborhood I remember I'm talking to Mark I'm like I don't know if I've ever out we throw yeah well I add that Mark's a plumber and he has a plumbing business on the side as well and if he'll put broken toilets in the to in the trash it can smell so I had to clean it up oh I got you gotta yeah yeah it's okay but tell us something new that happening this year I know I've seen your uh decals the um adhesive ones or what do you call those ones for the the what are they yeah the Pham back pH back fo back is what they're called yeah tell us about that I mean so so everybody understands you know what what you're doing with that because you guys are kind of pioneering some of that for our industry yes yeah did you order any yet Jared do you have any as a matter of fact I was telling Mark he said they're he said they're 90 pounds per square inch I Hold On uh that that's the jewelry box the adhesiveness is 90 pounds Sage you can't rip that thing off you cannot it's unbelievably strong and I I don't how come I don't know about this great shows but you I guess didn't see it we need to push that that everyone is gonna need that yep we're gonna actually try to do a competition where we've got a couple of those on a like a galvanized six and 58 post and have some reward if somebody can rip it off at their hands Mark went to find one he got lost yeah yeah I definitely want I want to look into those okay but weit they're a little bit thicker but they you cannot get them off and people like them because they are very permanent but they're aluminum sign and then we laminate the foam on on back of it then you peel it off and stick it on those would be great for gate operators yeah ornamental vinyl oh here he brought steel pose whatever you're going to put it on because places where we can't put a big you know a big huge fence sign so well here's a gate well here's let's do a fence one okay here's one of our customers and see in the back it's got the foam and you peel it off and it's a little thicker and that's the foam see how sticky it
Is hold on don't don't you have a video don't youall have a video of Mark trying to pull one off and he couldn't get it off of a post yeah would that be on like demo days or F does that something we should do I tried I tried to pull it up I tried to get it off over here just no I didn't video but yeah I couldn't guys that's what you were doing I I don't video my failures yeah oh my gosh I'm real impressed with these take a couple samples home a great idea yeah or vinyl vinyl vinyl we're gonna have a lot of samples at the show so people will have them you take them home with you try them out and then call us and order some you know are these even good uh promos that try shows for that's true too yeah that's our but we yeah and you can peel them off but it's just it's really and we're going to have a sample vinyl fence piece in our booth and we're going to have those on there so people can look at them and check them out speaking of our booth something unique about this booth what's unique about this booth over any other booth you've ever done the one you're doing a defense show and security Expo in Las Vegas there's something speci about it what is it there's got to be yeah they're for the we're breaking JC gur history or making it I guess we're for the first breaking it on breaking news anyway if we're get a 10 by 20 Booth which we've always only done 10 by 10 yay and what we're doing s is um she already knows we're gonna um host the fence sign contest in our booth so we're inviting everyone to come put your sign up you may not take it off our display that you can bring your sign and put it up on the fence and then we're gonna have people voting Susan will let people know how more about the voting process and then on is it Thursday afternoon we're going to announce the winner I'm not sure what day you guys show I think Thursday we're gonna go up on the stage we're going to uh have a set time and uh Thursday at like four o'clock yeah Thursday like four we got make sure everybody's there because we did it Friday last year and a lot of people went home and missed it so we don't want people to miss it this year plus there's some good prices involved I think it's up to it's up to $500 already we're going to do a $500 gift card to Amazon and I think we got a couple other people interested Dan doing 300 for second place we're gonna have and then third place something else it's in the work there's a in the works it's in the works it's not confirmed yet in the contest if you're proud of your sign bring it and put it up we're gonna help get that up yeah because we're gonna have some what chain L fence panels in our booth so people put them up in our booth and you get to look at all of them and and check it out you bring in yours no no he's got the only reflective one around he can bring his in there that's the original reflective I'm may have to go pull it off the fence fence what are you doing we're black hood at night I'm replacing it I gotta hurry up and get my Las Vegas do what oh yeah the more people you bring the more vot you for your sign I I will tell you uh I uh I laid out the challenge to everyone team accomplish two of three things OSHA 10 they do it on their own we'll reimburse them uh passed the test with an 80 percentile from the fence University screenshot us that or get us three Google reviews that are five star that mention their names well they're uh getting ready to buy flights to Vegas I think this week or or next week I I overheard in the meeting so yeah I think we're taking everyone and we just hired a project engineer and I told him all about it and he said well do you think I can go I said yes wow cool awesome booth there won't be room for anybody else in our booth then right well you know I had a meeting with Bella today so like you know things are happening man it went really good she's awesome yeah yeah she's pretty super motivated like I hear everything after for the internet world the podcast people Bella is my daughter who's going to C paully this fall and so she's uh working at Ranch fence to uh try and help us Finance this education she's gonna get go I made my way through college four years I did but it cost more now slow yeah so yeah she's uh so you guys worked on what for the uh um our her the ranch fence's involvement with women of fwa like she was super motivated she had some really great ideas I told her we
