A Live Look Inside AG Fence Supply's New Anaheim Facility

All right, we're here at AG Fence Vinyl Supply installation. You name it, this guy does it. Everything. Armen, thanks for having me over at your shop. Thanks for coming by. This is really cool. So, we're over at your new facility, which is not too far from your old one. No, no, it's right down the street. So, this was a secondary yard that you had for a while and you're just now finally getting it. I mean, I was inside. It's amazing with the the remodel you've done. Yeah, we've had it for about seven months and we've just been slowly setting it up and using it as a secondary yard to store Brett's material out here in California. So, most of this is Brett vinyl. Most of the stuff is all Brett. Okay. And I just saw Jeff around here somewhere, didn't I? Yes. There's Jeff over there. So, Jeff's actually out here right now. Jeff Smith, if you don't know him from Brett, he's out here. So, most of this vinyl you see back here, and if you if I took the camera around, you'd see it goes way around the corner, and it's just stacked up to the to the roof over here with uh vinyl vinyl supplies. So, I saw some other stuff in there. Some steel, aluminum inside your shop. Yeah, we're stocking steel, aluminum, ornamental aluminum. Yeah. And then we also have a new product. It's uh orn aluminum, but horizontal. Well, tell us about you. Tell us about you. How did you get into vinyl? I mean, vinyl, everybody knows vinyl is a mystery to me, but uh how did you get into it? I mean, were you always just doing vinyl fence? We were we were always doing vinyl fence, but my dad and grandfather for years were installers in the industry and then I started doing it and just really liked the product. Was really happy that we can make custom things. Yeah. So it was cool. I liked it and we just started introducing and we do a lot of custom arch gates, picket fences, all hand fabricated or with CNC machines. Okay. So like most of us you grew up in it. It was your dad, your uncle, your brother, whoever it was doing it. So, I I did sneak in before I met up with you inside because I was excited to see about the new facility. So, let's show everybody. Let's show everybody what it looks like when you roll in. And by the way, we're at the uh this would be more the wholesale side, right? This door over here behind us, if you could see it, that's where um people would come in like fence companies and landscape companies, landscapers, contractors, homeowners wanted to do DIY projects. Okay. We're So, the one I came in was the uh well, on the installation side. On the installation. I'm going to show you what you guys what it looks like coming in from the installation side and what they got going over there, which is pretty cool. So, let's pull that up and give everybody a uh a look at what that's going to be. Okay, we're over at the new AG Vinyl Fence facility. I want to say facility cuz this is more than just a location. I'm going to take you inside and show you what they got at this new location. A new showroom, new shop. Trucks are going out the back door. Let's go in and say hi to Armen and see what's going on. I'll see you inside. Look inside. We were walking in. We got Oh, reception desk over here. Hey, ladies. How are you? Good. Good. We got a new showroom being built right here. Looks like some stuff. We got Brett over in the corner. And they got some nice shiny new floors. Let's go back into the warehouse and take a look. I'll see you. They are just moving into this location. What do we got over here? What do we got over here? Look at this guy. Look at this guy. What's going on, man? What's up, man? What's up? Look at this floor. This is some fancy floor. Who did this? We did. You did it. Uh, three days. Three days. It would have taken me about five, six. I don't know. So, what do we got over here? Looks like a CMM. Love those guys. They'll be at the fence show and security expo this year again. Perfect. They just do vinyl fence. This is how you route. You take you get blank posts in and you actually route the grooves for the the rails and stuff in them,

Right? So, any anything custom, it doesn't really matter what it is. Anything we get from you get hollow posts from NVP. We get stuff from Black Line. So, is it Oh, that's some Black Line HP right there. That's from Zach himself. blessed by Zach himself. He's up in Washington that came down from, right? And then we got the CMM machines. You got a couple of them. And what are they doing over here? What is that? Like a gate gate setup area. Yep. I got everything for their little boxes. So these aren't just kits. These are actually made per the per the specifications of the project. Look at that. And we made it. What's going on, guys? I'm just trying to finish this gate right here. And does it help if we're over here slowing you up taking pictures? It's fine. Brian, you know, you can yell at him later why it's taking so long. Workbench area. Let's go inside the office. Can we sneak a peek in there or you got anything uh you don't want nobody to see? Cuz uh this is going out there to the world. Look at those work orders. I'm going to come way back here so nobody can read them. But man, look at that. A whole wall full. Man, you are busy. Busy busy. This is our scheduling office. We're barely moving in, but this is our scheduling office where the jobs come in and then we schedule them out for the install. I saw a bunch of trucks on the road. Man, these are some clean looking trucks you got, too. Okay, guys. We're going to Okay, that was really cool. I got a little bit more and I'm going to show the rest of that video later showing a little bit more on the production side, but that is a really cool uh setup you got in there. You didn't see the cameras, the I mean, you have a two week schedule it looks like up on what are those like 150 inch TVs or something, huh? Or just feels like that cuz my wife won't let me get a TV that big. Feels like that. Two weeks at a time and then we're booked back about four four to six weeks.
